Carla Walker joined the Orange Grove Center staff on February 2, 1994. As the Director of Human Resources, Walker is responsible for the day to day operations of the human resources and payroll departments. Her other duties include supervising employees, talent acquisition, retention, on boarding, federal/state law compliance, workers' compensation, HIPAA privacy official, policy and procedures completion and compliance, employee relations, and payroll.

Walker graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
