Gina Selby joined the Orange Grove Center staff on April 24, 1995. As the Assistant Director of Adult Services (Community Based), Selby is responsible for providing supervision and over site to the following departments: Adult Comprehensive Training, Lerch Building, Irby Industries, Day Services Nursing, People Care, Employment Community First, Personal Assistance, Transportation, Community Based Services, and Community Volunteer Services. Her role is to ensure that all departments are functioning and working together at optimal levels while continuously moving toward maximum community inclusion for the individuals supported by each department.

Prior to her current position, Selby held numerous other positions for Orange Grove including Quality Assurance Specialist, Client Program Coordinator, and Adult Comprehensive Training Program Coordinator.

Selby graduated from Tennessee Technical University in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. In 2008, she graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Master's Degree in Education with a concentration in Special Education.
