Orange Grove is near and dear to Mandy Hall's heart. Hall's brother has attended Orange Grove for 34 years, and she has seen him grow mentally and physically along the way. She developed a love for the people Orange Grove supports at a very young age attending fundraisers, dances, and camp with them. Hall has become an advocate for people with mental and physical disabilities. She has a degree in Human Ecology: Child and Family Studies. Hall previously worked as a camp director, an activities director at a retirement community, and a direct support specialist with Grandparents raising Grandchildren.
