Teena Joseph is the Director for Children’s Services and oversees the educational program for enrolled students aged 6-22. She moved to Chattanooga with her husband and three children in June of 2023. Teena was the Exceptional Education Assistant Director for a prominent school district in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated Cum Laude with her Master's degree and is currently pursuing a doctorate through National University.
