Wayne Collins joined the Orange Grove team in 2018, bringing with him almost two decades in nonprofit marketing and management experience in the greater Chattanooga area. Collins currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he oversees all operational and administrative functions. He is passionate in helping teams provide the people we serve with the necessary skills and supports they need to truly live the life they want.

Collins graduated from Shorter College in Rome, GA with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
