Compliance and Training

Compliance and Training works closely with all departments to ensure staff are given the best initial training to begin their work experience. We provide the necessary required training as well as refresher training and continuous recertification training.

 

Our goal is to give our staff the best general knowledge to be successful in their care of our Individuals. We strive to assist all departments to not only meet standard requirements but to make them meaningful in their job responsibilities. The understanding of protection of our Individuals, and documentation of services provided is an integral part of ensuring quality care.

 

The staff in this department come with an array of experience and are willing to assist all staff in their day to day activities.
